An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for two Site Managers to join a dynamic Partnership team. Working closely with a wider delivery team and reporting to the Contracts Manager (Refurb), our Site Manager will deliver a first‑class quality refurbishment programme of works while operating in occupied properties within the social housing sector. Excellent customer satisfaction is a major objective.
The role involves identifying and obtaining relevant information to plan and determine methods, phasing and programme of works to be carried out. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining on‑site administrative systems, overseeing progress, and ensuring the appropriate labour, plant and resources are in place to fulfil the contract.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and manage refurbishment works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
* Maintain on‑site administration and progress reporting.
* Allocate labour, plant and resources effectively.
* Manage supply chain processes and adherence to required standards.
* Ensure robust health, safety and environmental performance.
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications and experience:
* Experience as a Site Manager in Housing Refurbishment.
* Previous experience managing workload across planned maintenance programmes.
* Strong knowledge of internal and external programmes.
* Excellent communication, customer service and IT skills.
* Knowledge of LIBMS essential.
* Strong leadership and ownership mindset.
