Quality Manager
Quality and Performance
Permanent vacancy - 37 hours per week
£43,797 per annum
Working within a small dynamic team and reporting to the Director of Assurance and Improvement, our new Quality Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement, audit and performance monitoring systems across the College to ensure outstanding outcomes for students and apprentices. This is a varied and challenging position that will see our new Quality Manager play an integral role in the further development of quality improvement across the College.
You will work with various subject areas and qualification types, gaining exposure to different departments throughout the College. The successful candidate will be student-focussed, target driven and have a positive attitude. They will develop and support both students and staff to achieve their full potential, accepting nothing other than outstanding outcomes and levels of performance. Previous experience in curriculum management, course leadership or other similar roles is essential.
