* Compensation strategy (EVP)
* Salary structure & benchmarking
* Job Framework, Grading & Job Evaluation
* Integrating compensation and rewards to performance management
* Implementing benefits matrix
* Managing benefits renewals & reviewing new/alternative options or enhancing existing offerings
* Improving communication & adoption of current initiatives – people experience aspects
* Improving the self service of benefits
* Reward programme development & introduction of a Reward Gateway/System
* Budgeting
* Compliance
* Data analysis, KPI development & reporting
