Overview
Our Site Managers are a valuable part of our business. The focus of this role is to support the Project Manager in developing the construction programme, short‑term look‑ahead planning reports, and equipment and materials schedules. The role also focuses on providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully managing staff performance on the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
* Attend or chair internal meetings with sub‑contractors on site progress
* Review design drawings for buildability and coordination, raising RFIs where appropriate
* Manage the flow of sub‑contractor design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
* Assist the Project Manager and/or Technical Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS

Given the nature of this position, a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required at offer stage. Applicants with criminal convictions will be assessed individually.
