As a MEICA Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction site to ensure projects are delivered in line with customer objectives, while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental management, and cost control. You will have a particular focus on the execution of MEICA elements of work. You will support Electrical and Mechanical Installation engineers in preparing technical project documentation, including commissioning plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality assurance records. You will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet the required quality, programme, and commercial performance. You will work closely with Project and Contracts Managers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure projects are completed safely, while meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations. The projects you will manage vary in value, complexity, and duration, ranging from established frameworks to bespoke projects and unplanned emergency works. With project values from £200k to over £10m, you will play a key role in driving efficiencies, leading MEICA works, and delivering a consistently high standard of project execution.
