Job Title: Site Manager

08:00–16:30
Rate:
Negotiable.
Site Manager Duties:
Overseeing site logistics and day-to-day management
Supervising up to 10 workers at a time (including electricians and pipefitters)
Managing works on a real estate project involving industrial HVAC systems, including fridges and chillers used for butter storage
Ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with project timelines
Requirements:
Valid SMSTS certification
Valid First Aid certification
3–5 years’ proven site management experience
Strong organisational and leadership skills
2 x checkable references
Reliable and able to commit to the full contract duration
