What you’ll bring to the role
* Love every customer that walks through the door, sends an email, or calls about buying a car.
* Learn about your customers; small details make a difference. Remembering how someone takes their coffee may brighten their day!
* Support customers to buy a new or used car that’s right for them to help us achieve our targets.
* Work individually and as part of a team to keep customers updated via videos and check-ins.
* Hand over the keys and enjoy their delight as they experience that ‘new car’ smell.

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. This role involves FCA regulated activities, so you will complete an FCA questionnaire during recruitment. You’ll need to declare any unspent criminal convictions, CCJs, or bankruptcy.
