I am pleased to be supporting our client on the search for a HR Officer within the education sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a supportive and fast-paced environment, providing generalist HR support across multiple academy sites. Working as part of a small HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while building strong relationships with managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
Support employee relations administration and HR processes
Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met
Support safeguarding and safer recruitment practicesAbout You
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
Previous HR experience in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience supporting ER administration
Safeguarding knowledge or experience preferredAdditional Information
Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-4pm, flexibility available)
Hybrid working (1 day from home)
Travel required between sites
