The Role
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our close-knit team. This is an office-based role, ideal for someone with a strong B2B sales or account management background who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment. Experience in promotional merchandise is a bonus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through inbound and proactive outreach.
* Build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business with a consultative approach.
* Pitch solutions via online meetings and tailored proposals.
* Deliver accurate quotes and compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
* Maintain data and communications through our ERP system (Oracle NetSuite).
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Attend UK trade shows and industry events.
* Stay organised with client follow-ups and timely responses.
About You
* 3+ years in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record.
* Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a solutions mindset.
* Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to quoting and design.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
* Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
