What you will do
* Write production code across the full stack including Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js/TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.
* Lead a product triad alongside a Product Owner and Designer, owning technical delivery and architectural decisions for your team's domain.
* Mentor and develop three direct reports through regular pair‑programming, code reviews, and career growth planning.
The ideal candidate
* Extensive professional experience in object‑oriented development, particularly with backgrounds in Ruby, Java, or C#.
* Proven track record of leading technical delivery and managing the technical risks of long‑lived, scalable SaaS systems.
* Strong product engineering mindset with a focus on observability, CI/CD pipelines, and designing for long‑term maintainability.
