We are scaling at pace and are looking for a Group Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. What you鈥檒l be doing馃挕

* You鈥檒l lead the charge on digital campaigns, content strategy and brand positioning across all QXi brands. You鈥檒l be responsible for:
* 路 Running inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that generate quality leads (clients and candidates)
* 路 Owning and optimising HubSpot journeys, nurture flows and CRM segmentation
* 路 Creating high-performing content across email, social, blog and website
* 路 Managing and growing our social media presence, with a strong LinkedIn focus
* 路 Using AI marketing tools to streamline campaigns and scale content production
* 路 Leading on webinars, panels and marketing-led events
* 路 Building branded sales enablement materials (decks, brochures, case studies)
* 路 Ensuring consistent brand identity and tone across all touchpoints
* 路 Measuring success using GA4, HubSpot and campaign KPIs


What we鈥檙e looking for 馃攳

You鈥檝e got 3 or more years of digital marketing experience and ideally 18+ months in recruitment or B2B services. You鈥檙e creative, commercial and excited to take full ownership of a multi-brand digital function.


Must-haves:

* 路 Minimum 18 months years in recruitment marketing or related B2B sector
* 路 Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4 and CRM automation
* 路 Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT) to enhance output
* 路 Strong writing and storytelling skills
* 路 Proven experience managing campaigns, content, social media and events
* 路 Confident creating and refining branded materials and sales collateral
* 路 Results-oriented, curious and collaborative
