Key Purpose of the Role: New Build Sales Executive
The role involves achieving new homes sales targets, maximizing revenues, and supporting the company's growth.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Deal effectively with existing and prospective purchasers to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Follow up promptly on leads received via email, telephone, Head Office, and Rightmove website.
3. Maintain the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and landscaping to the highest standards.
4. Conduct weekly checks on signage and web pages, reporting issues as needed.
5. Research competitors and produce monthly reports.
6. Build relationships with local estate agents to generate leads.
7. Promote company incentives and features effectively.
8. Identify issues with unsold units and develop action plans.
9. Upsell purchaser extras to increase revenue.
10. Ensure standard color choices and extras are installed correctly, inspecting plots at various build stages.
11. Conduct daily inspections of unsold stock units and report defects.
12. Maintain weekly contact with purchasers, IFA, and solicitors to monitor sales progress.
13. Prepare plots for Home Tours and legal completion, ensuring all issues are resolved.
14. Conduct professional handovers during legal completions.
Experience and Skills:
* Experience within a housebuilding company in a similar role.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the new build industry and housing market.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven track record in new build sales.
