The Role - Learning Mentor We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Learning Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Islington. This full-time, term-time role is based in a Year 2 class, supporting children who may need extra help with focus, confidence, and behaviour. As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider pastoral team to support pupils both in and out of class. You will help create a positive learning environment, deliver targeted interventions, and act as a role model to pupils who need additional encouragement and guidance. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role, or with a strong background in working with children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
