* Previous administrative experience within an HR or office environment
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
* Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required
* Assist with recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and onboarding activities
* Prepare HR documentation, letters, and general correspondence
* Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative assistance where needed
* Support absence monitoring, annual leave tracking, and general HR reporting
* Assist with filing, data management, and maintaining confidential recordsProvide general office and administrative support across the department
