We are seeking confident, approachable, and licensed Door Supervisors to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our venues and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised personnel and guests are admitted.
* Conduct ID checks to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
* Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment, identifying and responding to potential risks or incidents.
* Handle conflicts or disturbances professionally, using de-escalation techniques to resolve issues effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons and addressing any queries or concerns.
* Liaise with venue management and emergency services when required.
* Conduct regular patrols and security checks within the venue.
Requirements
* SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
* A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
* Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
