We areseekingareliable andhard-working Labourer to join our team in Barnstaple.
Reporting to the Site Management Team, you willassistwith general site duties and helpmaintaina safe,well-organised, and presentable working environment.
The role includes supporting site security, coordinating daily activities with the Site Manager and subcontractors,assistingwith deliveries and material storage, and helping tomaintainhigh standardsof health, safety, and environmental compliance. You will also support waste control, siteaccommodationand compound presentation, and undertake daily tasks as directed by site management.
Good communicationskills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. You will be expected to follow company policies, particularly in relation to health, safety, welfare, and equality, and to interact with colleagues and partners in a professional and cooperative manner.
