Site Manager - National Refurbishment - Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance, really good package and accommodation
A growing nationwide refurbishment main contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an initial project in Bournemouth. The company has grown steadily and typically works on refurbishment projects across the UK. The initial project is a student accommodation project valued at approximately £1m. The Site Manager will be the number one on site, reporting to a visiting Project Manager. This is a permanent position with a very attractive package, including a car allowance and accommodation. The Site Manager must be willing to travel for future projects, which can be nationwide refurbishment. Immediate start available.
