This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to work with cutting-edge automation technologies and contribute to transforming business processes. What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
* Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
* Support integration of bots and automation solutions with existing systems and applications.
* Assist in testing, deploying, and troubleshooting RPA solutions.
* Document your work and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
* Learn and grow your skills through training programs and professional certifications.
Business & Process Responsibilities:
* Work with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
* Support process mapping and business requirement gathering under guidance from senior staff.
* Assist in translating business requirements into functional automation
Learning & Development:
* Gain vendor certifications (UiPath RPA Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Blue Prism Developer).
* Develop technical skills to handle increasingly complex automation tasks.
* Participate in workshops, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
