New Store Opening! We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our new team in Wyndham Way Retail Park, Portishead!
This is a brand new store and we are looking for colleagues to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role, and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.

Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the cash office and checkout area, ensuring high standards of customer service.
2. Driving a team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service in the checkout area.
3. Acting as a role model by displaying exceptional service to customers.
4. Being highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
5. Coaching colleagues to demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area.
6. Ensuring compliance with stock control procedures within the designated timelines.
7. Securing company property, cash, and stock at all times.
8. Contributing to making our stores a fun and engaging place to work.
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering excellent service.
Essential qualifications and skills:
1. Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
3. A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
4. The ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
