The Role
1. Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
2. Handle complex Employment Tribunal claims, including whistleblowing, discrimination, and unfair dismissal.
3. Advise on senior-level employment issues, including executive recruitment, termination, and incentive arrangements.
4. Support clients through organisational change projects, redundancy programmes, and restructuring.
