About the Role:
As a key member of the recruitment team, you’ll take ownership of campus and early careers hiring initiatives, from planning and executing large-scale recruitment events to managing candidate pipelines and data with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver large-scale recruitment events, including assessment centres, campus visits, and early talent initiatives
* Manage candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday
* Ensure accurate data management and maintain high levels of data integrity
* Analyse recruitment data and feedback using Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
* Create engaging presentations using PowerPoint to support stakeholders and hiring teams
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and university partners
* Effectively manage schedules, logistics, and competing priorities
About you:
* A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results
* 4+ years’ experience in Campus / Early Careers recruitment (essential)
* Proven experience delivering high-volume or large-scale recruitment campaigns
* Good working knowledge of ATS systems, with a preference for Workday
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Demonstrates high levels of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability
* Comfortable working within a global, dynamic team
