Blue Prism Developer (Process Excellence & Automation)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Blue Prism Developer to join a global Process Excellence & Automation function. You’ll design, build and support scalable automation solutions that improve business processes across multiple departments.
This is a hands-on development role with strong exposure to stakeholders, business analysts and delivery teams, working on automation projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism
* Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into automation designs
* Build reusable objects and processes aligned with best practice standards
* Create SIT/UAT test scripts and support testing cycles through to deployment
* Produce deployment and hypercare documentation
* Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
* Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and delivery approach
* Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years hands-on experience developing automation solutions in Blue Prism
* Blue Prism Professional Developer accreditation (required)
* Proven delivery of multiple automation projects end-to-end
* Strong understanding of automation best practices, exception handling and logging
* Experience integrating Blue Prism with REST APIs / Web Services
* Technical background in software development (e.g., C#, Java, C++, or similar)
* Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
* Confident communicator with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
* Experience mentoring junior developers
* Consulting or client-facing background
* Experience in fast-paced, global environments
