I am seeking a Quality Manager with proven experience in the rail sector and a strong background in civil engineering works to work for a Tier 1 contractor in a long term contract role. You will lead on all aspects of quality assurance and compliance across our rail civils projects, ensuring that works are delivered to the exacting requirements of clients, regulators, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans. - Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, industry regulations, and contractual requirements. - Carry out inspections, audits, and surveillance to verify compliance with specifications. - Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement robust corrective actions. - Provide quality-related support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors. - Manage documentation control processes for quality records and certifications. - Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third parties on all quality matters. The Quality Manager must have experience working client side, and on large scale Rail and Civils projects.
