Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we enhance our infrastructure, systems, and processes across our global regions. The role will be key in implementing these changes. We are seeking a motivated, passionate Full Web Stack Developer / DevOps to design and develop software solutions, write well-designed, testable, efficient code, and produce functional designs, specifications, and time estimates.
Our projects vary greatly, requiring learning different environments and languages, including financial systems like NetSuite.

Skills and Competencies
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
* Familiarity with zero-trust security design.
* Design and implement Authentication & Authorization solutions (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0).
* Experience with multi-stage Docker files.
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps Pipeline (YAML) or GitHub Actions.
* Experience with databases like Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
* Knowledge of event-driven architectures, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
* Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery design.
* Experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
* Expertise in cloud network security.
* Working knowledge of NGINX, Azure API Management, Azure Front Door/WAF.
* Ability to diagnose connectivity issues.
* Security by design and default, SOC compliance familiarity.
* Monitoring and observability in multi-tenant cloud environments.
* Experience working in Agile teams.
* Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Python, .NET, Typescript.
* Experience developing from functional specifications.
* Ability to write high-quality, efficient, and documented code.
* Experience with testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
* Supporting colleagues in learning new features and techniques.

* Experience with bug investigation and resolution.
* Documentation skills for changes, designs, manuals, release notes.
* Strong DevOps skills with tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and experience from a SysAdmin background.
* Knowledge of AWS, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and infrastructure security.
* Experience with Azure, Python scripting, and IDP management (Azure AD, Keycloak, etc.).
* Collaborative, pragmatic leadership and excellent communication skills.
