Reporting directly to the Operations Director and serving as a key member of the senior management team, this role plays a strategic part in shaping operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the business.
A strong manufacturing background is essential, with experience in welding and fabrication considered highly desirable.
You will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus a management bonus.
