Pilgrims Europe are seeking to recruit an experienced Recruiter. You will work collaboratively with the Talent Manager, HR Teams, Hiring Managers, and Key stakeholders, supporting all recruitment activity across the business. Assisting in all areas of attraction activities, contributing to filling roles within the 30-day time-to-hire timeframe, that supports our commitment to our people and positioning Pilgrims as an employer of choice and the envy of our talent pipeline. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Skills ? Ability to derive and influence recruitment compliance / best practice. ? Ability to challenge the status quo and measure processes to deliver consistencies. ? Strong Analytical skills demonstrating experience and skill in conducting analysis and ability to summarise and communicate needs and recommendations verbally and in writing (reports) ? Collaborative communication style that builds positive relationships with key stakeholders in multiple locations at different levels ? Strong influencing skills ? Ability to understand commercial implications of decisions and activity as they impact all Sites and the Group ? Strong Team working ethic. ? Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workflow whilst maintaining stake holder expectations. ? Attention to detail. ? Ability to retain a very hands-on engaging approach. Knowledge ? Knowledge of core HR recruitment processes / understanding of methods and available tools. ? Experience of working with a complex and a diverse workforce (blue and white collar). ? Familiarity with reporting methods and interrogation of data. ? Use I.T. Systems including ? - Excel ? - SAP desirable training can be given ? - Networx training can be given ? Knowledge of reviewing and developing role profiles. ? Knowledge of writing vacancy adverts. ? Knowledge of recruitment legal requirements. ? Coaching & Mentoring
