RPS, Tetra Tech is currently looking for a Recruiter to join the front line of recruiting for essential operational and field-based roles within our Water Operations Business Unit. Working Hybrid (3 days on site) from our Warrington office. You'll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and our hiring managers.

About the Team:

Our Talent Team work across several specialist business units providing bespoke high-quality talent acquisition services that include Volume, Specialist and Strategic Resourcing, Internal Talent mobility, Talent Pipelining and Talent Insight. As a team they deliver a range of bespoke and dedicated services for talent acquisition and retention across the group.

Working alongside our technical specialists in our Water Consultancy, Laboratories, Occupational Health, and Water Operations Business Units. They define, design, and deliver on innovate projects that shape our communities. Supported by a global team of 30,000 consultants and trusted advisors, we join forces and collaborate with leading minds to transform vital projects from ideas to reality. The largest projects span the globe and shape the future of environmental, energy, and infrastructure solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
Creating and posting compelling job adverts on various platforms to attract skilled operational candidates.
Actively source and screen to find qualified individuals for roles.
Utilise a variety of sourcing tools to build and maintain a talent pipeline for key operational roles.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for operational hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with operational managers and teams.
Manage the offer process and prepare all necessary pre-employment paperwork.
Ensure all candidates receive clear, timely communication and a positive, professional experience.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
This is a junior recruitment or talent acquisition role, with a strong focus on high-volume trade or operational recruitment.
Ideally a solid understanding of the types of roles and skills needed within the water, utilities, or a similar heavy industrial environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Qualifications:
A full UK driver's licence may be required for travel to various operational sites.
