Responsibilities
* Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties in York, PA
* Efficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
* Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs promptly
* Respond quickly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
* Keep detailed and accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked
* Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations for a safe working environment

Qualifications
