Job Overview
Tonbridge Mercedes-Benz at Lookers is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site. This is a full‑time role (44 hours per week) with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of up to £75,000 (including £25,000 base plus uncapped commission).
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
* Negotiating the final price for the sale
* Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, passionate about the role and ambitious to hit targets. Previous experience in the motor trade or a similar sales position is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
