We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join us at our unique Head Office in Renfrew which includes our state-of-the-art gym with weekly circuit training, a personal trainer and yoga classes as well as the Beeks Bar or weekly masseuse to help you unwind
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-orientated HR Administrator to join our HR team at Beeks Group. This is a dynamic generalist role, providing essential support to the HR team and working closely with the HR Advisor across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will get a buzz out of working in a fast-paced environment and will bring strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. This is not your typical HR Administrator role, with priorities changing regularly, you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities and will play a key role within the team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Support the full recruitment process, including candidate management and coordination.
* Maintain and update our Application Tracking System (ATS), including scheduling interviews and issuing feedback.
* Conduct background checks and verify right to work documentation.
* Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
* Coordinate employee onboarding for new employees through our HR platform, hibob.
* Maintain accurate employee records by updating information on hibob.
* Coordinate the annual roll out of compliance training and ensure key company policies are reviewed by all staff.
* Provide support in the coordination, administration, and rollout of group training.
* Produce HR reports, including absence and annual leave usage reports.
* Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolment for new joiners and updates for existing employees.
* Provide general administration support across all HR activities.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* The ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong MS Office skills.
* An appreciation of HR Best practice.
* An understanding of UK employment law.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
* University level education in HR or business related subject.
* Currently working in a trainee HR Administrative position.
* CIPD Level 3/5 Certificate.

Additional Information
