You'll be at the heart of our sales activity — speaking to new and existing customers, promoting our market-leading products, and closing deals with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to warm leads, past customers, and inbound enquiries.
* Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote suitable products.
* Close sales confidently and accurately, hitting daily and monthly targets.
* Follow up on quotes and opportunities to convert them into confirmed orders.
* Log calls and notes in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with marketing to respond to campaigns and lead generation efforts.
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator with a clear, friendly phone manner.
* Sales-driven mindset — you enjoy meeting (and beating) targets.
* Experience in telesales, retail or customer service is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.
* Organised and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
* Resilient and positive, even when handling objections or quiet days.
