Hours: 5 days out of 7: 7am – 2.30pm or 9am – 5pm
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our clients’ catering operations and deliver exceptional food services across our site. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
 * Oversee daily catering operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
 * Manage and develop catering staff, including rotas, training, and performance.
 * Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
 * Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock efficiently.
 * Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and value.
 * Develop menus and catering offers in line with customer preferences and dietary requirements.
About You
 * Proven experience in catering management or a similar role.
 * Strong leadership and team management skills.
 * Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
 * Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.Passionate about delivering high-quality food and service.
 * Relevant qualifications - Food Safety Level 3 essential.
