Location: Projects across London, Southern Home Counties, Cambridge, Oxford, and the Midlands
Company: TRIbuild Solutions on behalf of our client specialising in commercial, industrial, and specialist sector fit-outs and refurbishments
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects ranging from straightforward office fit-outs to extensive refurbishment work.
Requirements:
* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, and full PPE
* Experience: Proven management background in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Commercial, and Industrial sectors
* References: Required
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
* Oversee project execution, ensuring budget and schedule adherence
* Create and manage project schedules for timely resource and material availability
* Organise daily site tasks, labour, and materials logistics
* Prepare site reports and conduct regular meetings with clients and suppliers
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage site inspections
* Develop and oversee Construction Health & Safety Plans
* Manage on-site trades, upholding quality standards and site cleanliness
* Maintain documentation, ensuring insurance and ISO compliance
* Use construction software to improve workflow
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the public
* Flexibility to work weekends as needed
