We’re partnering with a leading educational body in Hampshire, who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll take HR responsibility for two secondary schools and play a key part in managing an expanding portfolio.
This full-time position offers a salary of £40,000 to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Interviews will be held before Christmas with a start date in the new year, subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Leading and guiding HR Officers at both secondary schools
2. Overseeing and ensuring accurate HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and absence management
3. Monitoring and quality-assuring HR processes carried out by school-based HR Officers
4. Providing guidance and supporting school leadership and administrative staff
5. Acting as a trusted advisor for HR-related matters and coaching on best practices
6. Developing and implementing mentoring programs to build capability within teams
7. Encouraging continuous learning by identifying training needs and facilitating skill enhancement
