HR Administrator

Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:
Manage and update employee data within HRIS platforms including Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft
Assist with recruitment processes by maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and supporting candidate onboarding
Support HR team in organising training sessions, workshops, and social media management related to employer branding
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance purposes and prepare reports as required
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters with professionalism and clarity
Assist in managing social media channels related to HR initiatives and organisational updatesQualifications needed from the HR Administrator:
Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar platforms
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
