We’re looking for a Hardware Recruiter [Fixed-term] to join our People Team!
What You’ll Do:
1. Provide front-end (finding, sourcing, phone screening), high-volume recruiting support for our Spectacles teams in EMEA.
2. Serve as the first contact for passive candidates: identify, engage, and screen them.
3. Post-screen, assess candidates’ fit based on role, company, and team needs to determine progression to first-round interviews.
4. Recommend candidates for second-round interviews based on first-round evaluations to your recruiting partner and hiring managers.
5. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies efficiently.
6. Manage search pipelines by understanding hiring needs, role specifications, and search requirements.
7. Solve problems and produce solutions through data analysis, identifying alternatives, and taking on additional responsibilities.
8. Educate hiring managers and recruiters on industry trends and challenges, working on solutions to build pipelines.
9. Build relationships with candidates, understand their needs, and connect them to opportunities at Snap, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
10. Ensure candidate pipelines reflect the talent market and our user base.
11. Implement creative sourcing strategies and share best practices with colleagues.
12. Work closely with various teams across Snap, including Recruiting, Coordination, and Talent Intelligence.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Assessment skills for identifying talent suitable for progressing or dispositioning from our process.
* Ability to engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
* Knowledge of diversity partnerships to network, nurture, and hire diverse talent.
* Effective screening skills for technical and values-based competencies via phone.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and metrics.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organizational skills, prioritization, and operating with urgency.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
