An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our busy and friendly HR team in central Swansea (Walter Road).
Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day HR and recruitment activities
Handling sickness and absence management
Overseeing recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Providing first-line Employee Relations advice and support for general HR queries
Requirements:
Strong IT skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
Formal advanced-level qualification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
