Project Overview:
Our client in the BFSI sector are looking for a senior insight analyst to set up an operational dashboard suite (PowerBI)
Outcome based (25 days work estimated)
Expected Duration: 2 months
Hybrid work: 2 days per week in Southampton
Project Scope & Timeline
Month 1:
- Requirements gathering and dashboard design
- Work with junior MI analyst
- Guide dashboard creation rather than hands-on building
- Validate work and support testing/deployment
Month 2:
- Develop weekly governance framework
- Present regular reports and insights to operations
- Train existing MI analyst (2 weeks led by consultant, 2 weeks shadowing)
Time Commitment & Location
- Not full-time throughout
- Week 1: Full-time requirement
- Subsequent weeks: Approximately 3 days per week
- Face-to-face requirements:
- Week 1: Two days for workshops and stakeholder reviews
- Governance phase: Two days per week (guidance day + stakeholder meeting
