Job Opportunity: Experienced Sales Executive in Nottingham
We are seeking talented and experienced Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team in Nottingham. Harron Homes, established in 1993, is a private limited company renowned for building premium residential properties, ranging from first-time buyer houses to luxury 5-bedroom family homes. With divisions in Yorkshire and the North Midlands and a head office in Leeds, we are committed to growth and excellence.
Key Purpose of the Role
As a New Build Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets for new homes, maximize revenue, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Engage professionally with existing and prospective buyers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Follow up promptly on leads received via email, phone, Head Office, and online platforms such as Rightmove.
* Maintain the presentation of the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and landscaping to the highest standards.
* Conduct weekly checks on signage, website listings, and competitor activities, reporting issues to management.
* Build and maintain relationships with local estate agents to generate leads.
* Research local amenities, schools, retail outlets, and transportation links.
* Promote company incentives and the benefits of using nominated panel solicitors.
* Identify issues with unsold units, propose solutions, and oversee the installation of standard and optional features.
* Inspect completed units regularly, report defects, and ensure they are rectified.
* Maintain ongoing communication with purchasers, their financial advisors, and solicitors to facilitate sales from reservation to exchange.
* Prepare plots for Home Tours and legal completions, ensuring all defects are addressed.
Experience and Skills
* Previous experience within a housebuilding company in a similar role.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the new build industry and housing market.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven track record in new build sales.
