What you'll be doing Responsible for mixing ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to create our saucesYou will need to follow recipes and specifications, as well as ensuring consistency across batches so that our customers receive high quality products on time, every timeEfficiently carry out any assigned operation or task, meeting all output targetsEffectively contribute to improved line performance and efficienciesMaintain excellent Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene standardsResolve running problems/issuesHandling food ingredientsAble to follow manual lifting processes to handle 5kg to 20kg weighted resources.Participate in training and mentoring of new staffIdentify opportunities to continuously improve the production/processCommunicate effectively with your area leadersWhat we're looking forFull training will be provided if successful in this role but are looking for the following knowledge and experience:Experience working within a food manufacturer preferredGood Literacy and Numeracy skillsProblem solving skillsGood communicator and ability to work in a teamAllergen awarenessL2 Food Safety is preferred but not essentialWe're proud to be recognised in the Gender Equity Measure Top 100 for our commitment to gender equality.
