About You
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum)
* Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong employee relations skills and employment law knowledge (NI)
* Confident advisor and influencer at management level
* Pragmatic, hands‑on, and commercially aware with strong communication skills
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage all site HR operations, ensuring compliance and effective people management
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation (NI)
* Support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession initiatives to foster growth
* Drive performance management programmes and employee engagement activities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with operational objectives
