We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy and supportive HR team on a temporary casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for helping others, looking to build hands-on HR experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing recruitment processes: posting job adverts, preparing interview packs, and coordinating candidate communications
* Supporting onboarding: issuing offer letters, completing pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters in our HR system (iTrent)
* Handling confidential data with accuracy and discretion
* Responding to HR queries via phone, email, and in person
* Maintaining trackers and reports to monitor progress and compliance
* Collaborating with colleagues across HR and Payroll to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with HR systems (e.g. iTrent) is helpful but not essential
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
* Flexibility to work on a casual, short-term basis as required
Working Arrangements
This is a temporary casual role, to support the Team over the summer period. The role is full time hours and will be based at our Watford Campus. The ideal candidate will be available from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
