About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Quality Manager to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing quality standards across the shift while leading and developing a team of approximately 10 colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Allocate and adjust daily tasks to ensure effective coverage across key areas mainly looking after our value added section Maintain and enforce high food safety, quality, and compliance standards Provide one-to-one coaching and development to individuals, supporting performance improvement and growth Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met Ensure compliance with retailer standards, particularly within added value and M&S product lines About You: Experience within the food industry or a production environment Proven management or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Strong understanding of quality standards, food safety, and compliance Experience working with added value products and familiarity with M&S standards is highly desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving Why Join Us?
