MLA are working with a NYSE-listed software company, who are looking for someone to lead their EMEA Employment team. This will start off as a 6-month contract as backfill for someone leaving the team, with a view to hiring permanently in the long run.
The work will involve day-to-day employment matters including answering employment questions and updating the employment handbook, as well as being involved with projects the business is currently working on. In addition, they need someone commercially minded who is happy to get stuck in with a wide range of work and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
* 8PQE+
* Employment law experience in private practice and in-house
* Able to start immediately
