HR Manager - Required for our client based in Antrim
Mon - Frid
Salary £25-£28K depending on experience
Temp to Perm Role
Our client is a leading designer and supplier of bespoke, innovative architectural aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems. The company operates daily dispatches to the UK and Ireland from its three-acre manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Antrim. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmentally certified.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
2. Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns
3. Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution
4. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
5. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
6. Monitor and address performance issues
7. Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
9. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
10. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
11. Align HR initiatives with business objectives
12. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management
13. Lead organisational change and improvement initiatives
Criteria
Essential:
14. 3rd level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline
15. Evidence of continuous professional development
16. A minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a HR Manager role.
17. Experience in both Strategic and Operational HR
18. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
19. Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
20. Strong knowledge of UK & Northern Ireland employment law
Desirable:
21. CIPD membership (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
