We are recruiting a HR Advisor to support a family-run logistics business firm based in Wednesbury. We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to take end-to-end responsibility for HR activity within a dedicated business area. Acting as the main HR contact, you’ll provide hands-on advisory support, oversee HR operations, and partner with managers to deliver consistent, compliant and commercially focused people solutions.
Act as the primary HR contact for an allocated business area
Lead employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability)
Oversee HR operational activity, ensuring accurate and timely employee lifecycle processes
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
Support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement
Produce HR metrics and insights to identify trends and risksThe ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Proven xkybehq experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
Experience working with HR administration or shared service models
