Site Manager – Prime Residential (Kensington)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of two high-end residential projects in Kensington.
This role is suited to a professional with a strong background in prime residential construction, who understands the importance of exceptional quality, flawless finishes, and careful stakeholder management in sensitive, high-profile locations.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple prime residential schemes
*
Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, workmanship, and finish
*
Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades with a strong focus on detail
*
Managing programmes, logistics, and site safety in constrained urban environments
*
Proactively managing relationships with local residents, neighbours, and stakeholders to minimise disruption
*
Ensuring compliance with all H&S, environmental, and regulatory requirements
*
Reporting progress clearly to senior management and clients
About You
*
Proven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential projects
*
Strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality and finish
*
Experienced in managing sensitive sites, occupied areas, and neighbour relations
*
Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and programmes
*
SMSTS, CSCS (and First Aid preferred)
