The Role
* Will push operational excellence by implementing reporting systems, maintaining high quality data and acting as a key technical interface.
* The role will ensure that product implementations, documentation and issue resolution processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with business objectives.
* Under your remit will be, team reporting and data integrity, technical support and issue management and product support.
The Person
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
3. An understanding of engineering would be beneficial.
4. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
5. Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing.
