Work Hours and Benefits
The hours of work rotate between 8am‑5pm & 9am‑6pm Monday to Saturday (9am‑5pm Saturdays), with a day off in the week and working 10am‑4pm on Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.
Role and Responsibilities
* Put customer excellence at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring each customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life.
* Match customers to the right car and ensure they have the features and add‑ons to suit.
* Deliver total customer satisfaction from financing to contracts.
* Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
* Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow‑up calls, inbound telephone enquiries, walk‑in prospects and internet enquiries.
* Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on products.
* Adhere to the Company’s FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
About You
* Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager (preferred).
* Demonstrated ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Strong rapport‑building skills and the drive to forge a successful career in the industry.
* Valid UK driver’s licence.
* Experience in the motor trade, automotive or car dealership is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 / annum (OTE plus company car)
