I'm currently working with a fantastic client based in Leeds who is looking to welcome a HR Administrator to their growing team. The Role:
As HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR function across the business. You'll be responsible for:
* Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
* Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding
* Supporting payroll and absence management
* Handling confidential information with discretion
* Providing general administrative support to the HR team

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (ideally 1+ year)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* CIPD Level 3 (desirable but not essential)
